Missing Required ASP.NET Version

If the installed version of the dot net framework is not the correct version for EMUE to run, a pop up will appear before installation will be allowed to progress. The pop up will direct you to the proper Microsoft website to install the correct version of the dot net framework. Once installation of the framework has completed successfully, the EMUE installer can be attempted again.
