THIS CLAUSE DOES AND WILL SUPERSEDE ANY CONFLICTING PROVISION WHICH MAY BE CONTAINED IN CLIENT’S PURCHASE ORDER OR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND DATABOUND IS EXPRESSLY RELYING ON THE AUTHORITY OF THE PERSON ACCEPTING THESE TERMS TO BIND THE CLIENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT, YOU MAY RETURN THE APPLICATION FOR A REFUND.
