Web Browser not open/ready.
On some PC's and some websites, EMUE requires administrator privileges to execute commands against web pages.
The issue occurs when the following conditions exist simultaneously:
1. The "Enable Protected Mode" is checked in the trusted sites tab:
2. The trusted sites security level contains the web site
Solution
1. Uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode" checkbox in the trusted sites tab:
Un-checking the "Enable Protected Mode" checkbox allows IE to run at a higher privilege, which prevents the issue from occurring. Though not conclusively proven, this issue only appears to occur in Version 9 of Internet Explorer. It has been reproduced in Version 8 of Internet Explorer.
