SetStartup CheckKeyboardAfterEachCommand added to allow manual enable/disable of additional keyboard checks that were previously always enabled.

SetStartup DebugOnKeyboardLocked added to allow debugging when a keyboard locked condition occurs.

Internal Windows errors resulting from use of the RichTextBox control used for displaying the activity log were sometimes causing unhandled exceptions.  These exceptions are now handled, and additional information will be placed in the ActivityLog.

The processing of the Read command has been altered so that completely blank lines in the input file will not be processed, but are still included in the record count

Variable names are specifically excluded from including a back-slash ("\") character
